Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected Cotton Premium Stone & Mirror Border products for Women.
2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
3. If pickup service is not available at your location, the customer must self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

1. Refund requests are accepted only in case of:

• Damaged or defective product
• Wrong or missing item
• Major design or quality mismatch (minor variations in handwork, stones, or mirrors are part of the craftsmanship and not considered defects)

1. Once the returned product is picked up and quality-checked, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched.
• Items should be returned with original packaging and tags intact.
• Products showing signs of use, stitching, alteration, washing, or stone/mirror damage due to handling will not be accepted.
• Customized, cut-piece, or made-to-order borders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
